Do you know what the words mean?
Do they mean the same to you as they do to me?
Buy me flowers take me to dinner tell me you love me
Hold my hand look into my eyes and tell me you love me
Yell, scream, belittle and hit me and tell me you love me
Lie, cheat and ignore me and tell me you love me
You tell me you love me
You write poems sing songs and profess your love
You tell me every chance you get
But do you ever ask me to dance?
